Granola and yogurt parfaits with fresh berries

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Yogurt cheese or thick yogurt 500 mL
2 tablespoons Honey 25 mL
1 cup Granola 250 mL
1 cup Mixed berries or other diced fresh fruit; (like
\N \N Bananas; apples, peaches,
\N \N ; grapes or plums)
\N \N ; 250 mL

Combine yogurt with honey. Place 2 tablespoon/25mL in the bottom of 8 parfait or wine glasses.

Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon/15mL granola and 1 tablespoon/15mL fresh berries.

Repeat layers.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
