grandma's meat loaf

| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 1½ pounds | Ground round or sirloin |
| 1 each | Egg |
| 1 cup | Bread crumbs, plain |
| ¼ cup | Catsup |
| 1 teaspoon | Onion powder |
| 1 teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Mix all ingredients well. Place in bread pan lined with plastic wrap.
Press to form a firm loaf. Turn pan over onto a wire rack in a baking dish. Pour 2 tbsp. catsup over the top of the meat loaf. Place 2 or 3 strips of bacon across the top. Bake at 350 deg f for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes approxamately 8 servings.
