Graham kerr pizza dough

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sifted flour
3 ounces Yeast cube
¼ cup Warm water
1 \N Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
\N \N Coffee mill
2 tablespoons Fresh oregano
1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary
1 \N Garlic clove
\N \N Plastic wrap

Dissolve yeast in small amount of the water. Grind fresh oregano, rosemary and garlic in the coffee mill. Combine ingredients as you would for making a dough, let rise in a bowl covered with plastic wrap. Punch down and work more flour in for about 2 minutes. Tease out into pizza round. Let rest 8 to ten minutes and then bake at 500~ for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip over. Top your pizza.
