1 bunch | Green onions; chopped |
¼ cup | Water |
¼ teaspoon | Cayenne (optional) |
DRESSING
Break spaghetti into pieces, cook as package directs, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, mix with spaghetti and serve.
