Goober burgers

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground Beef
1 small Onion, grated
¼ cup Crunchy peanut butter, Soothe is ok too
½ teaspoon Seasoned salt, I don't use it
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

1. Mix ground beef lightly with onion, peanut butter and season salt and pepper until will-blended: shape into 4 patties about 1 inch thick.

2. pan-fry over medium heat 8 minutes on each side for medium, or until meat is done as you like it.

3. serve with mashed sweet potatoes, buttered rice, or paprika-topped hominy grits, and watermelon pickle or sweet-pepper relish, if you wish.

NOTES : I also tried it in a meat loaf shape and baked it one day. Still was good.
