1 cup Corn flour
¾ cup Coarse corn meal
1 each Scant cup of fine corn meal
⅝ cup Potato flour (often called potato starch)
1 each Scant cup wheat starch
⅞ cup Rice flour and 1/3 cup potato flour
1 cup Soy flour and 3/4 cup potato flour
