Glazes for your roasted ham

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
½ teaspoon Prepared mustard
⅛ teaspoon Cinnamon
3 tablespoons Dry sherry
½ cup Currant jelly
½ cup Apple jelly
1 cup Orange marmalade
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
¾ cup Drained crushed pineapple

PINEAPPLE GLAZE

Here are some simple glazes that can add schnazz to your roasted ham.

BROWN SUGAR GLAZE: Combine 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour, ½ tsp prepared mustard, ⅛ tsp cinnamon and 3 tbsp dry sherry. Mix well and spread on ham.

CURRANT APPLE GLAZE: Heat ½ cup of currant and ½ cup apple jelly until melted. Spread on ham before baking.

ORANGE CINNAMON GLAZE: Mix together and heat (warm) one cup orange marmalade and 1 tsp cinnamon. Spread on ham prior to baking.

PINEAPPLE GLAZE: Combine one cup firmly packed brown sugar with ¾ cup drained crushed pineapple. Spread on ham.
