Gingered ribs

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Brown sugar
1 \N Envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 teaspoon Celery salt
1½ teaspoon Ginger
½ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Vinegar (white vinegar)
½ cup Water 4 lbs. ribs (pork or beef)
