Ginger & scallion sauce

Yield: 1 Cup

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil
4 tablespoons Minced Fresh Ginger
4 tablespoons Minced Scallion
6 tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons Dark Chinese rice Vinegar, Lt. rice vinegar or Cider vinegar
½ cup Homemade or low salt canned chicken stock
2 tablespoons Sugar

Mix well. Serve with steamed dumplings.
