|1 cup||White vinegar|
|½ cup||Dry white wine|
|¼ cup||Apple juice|
|2 teaspoons||Salt (omit for low-sodium diets)|
|1 teaspoon||Dried dill weed|
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate in a closed jar for two days.
