| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 | Green onion, sliced |
| 1 | Clove garlic, sliced |
| 1 cup | White vinegar |
| ½ cup | Dry white wine |
| ¼ cup | Water |
| ¼ cup | Apple juice |
| 2 teaspoons | Salt (omit for low-sodium diets) |
| 8 | Peppercorns |
| 1 teaspoon | Dried dill weed |
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate in a closed jar for two days.
