|1½ tablespoon||White horseradish|
|1 pint||Gefilte fish|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon juice|
|8 ounces||Cream cheese, softened|
|½ tablespoon||Salt (to taste)|
Source, Matzah Market, Debbi Dalin, Florida Drain fish and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Chill before serving with matzo crackers.
