Gaucho dip for vegetables

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Bleu cheese; crumbled
1 cup Light sour cream
4 ounces Ripe olives; chopped
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Combine everything. Chill for at least 1 hour so flavors mix. Serve with vegetables or pita chips.
