Measure | Ingredient |

12 ounces | BBQ pork |
2 cans | Water chestnuts, chopped |
2 \N | Stalks green onion, chopped |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 tablespoon | Oyster-flavored sauce |
1 \N | Egg |
1 tablespoon | Cornstarch |
¼ cup | Fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 pack | (4.75 oz.) won ton wrappers |
Grind or grate pork. Mix it with all ingredients, except wrapper.
Keep wrappers covered with damp towel while assembling. Place 1 teaspoon of mixture on each wrapper. Dampen edges with water and fold; press edges to seal. May be folded triangle or rectangle. Fry in heated oil; drain. Serve with sweet/sour sauce or hot mustard. Hot Yellow Mustard: Mix dry powdered mustard with water. Add soy sauce.
