Garlicky angel hair pasta

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Capellini (angel hair pasta); or spaghetti (16 oz.
2 tablespoons Olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Chicken broth
2 teaspoons Anchovy paste
4 \N Garlic cloves; fine chopped
¼ cup Fresh parsley; chopped
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese; freshly
\N \N Grated or thinly shaved
\N \N Freshly ground pepper

Cook capellini as directed on package. Meanwhile heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Cook anchovy paste and garlic in oil and chicken broth, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden. Drain capellini; mix with garlic mixture and parsley. Top with cheese.
