1 teaspoon | Salt |
3 tablespoons | Wine vinegar |
7 tablespoons | Salad oil |
3 tablespoons | (heaping) mayonnaise |
1 carton | (16-oz) sour cream |
Blend well garlic juice & salt, then add vinegar, oil, mayonnaise & sour cream, beating until smooth. This amount will fill a 28-oz peanut butter jar & will keep about 1-2 months in refrigerator. Blue Cheese may be added & the garlic juice omitted.
