Garlic thyme corn sticks

Yield: 18 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Cornmeal
¾ cup Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
2 larges Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Vegetable oil

Heat greased cast iron cornstick pans 3 minutes at 425F.

Combine dry ingredients.

Combine wet ingredients and add to dry, stirring just until mixed.

Spoon batter into pans, filling ⅔ full. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
