Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Water |
1 cup | Peeled garlic cloves |
1 cup | Chopped peeled potatoes |
1 cup | Chopped carrots |
\N \N | Salt and pepper to taste |
\N \N | Whipping cream, optinal |
Boil water, garlic, potatoes and carrots. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables, about 20-25 minutes. Puree. Season. Reheat, if needed. Drizzle with cream, if desired.
