| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 pounds | Sharp cheddar cheese; grated |
| 4 | Juars; (4 oz.) diced pimientos, drained |
| ½ cup | Plus 2 Tablespoon Sandwich and Salad Sauce; (Heinz, I believe.) |
| 1 pint | Salad dressing or mayonnaise; (I use Hellman's.) |
| 2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
| ½ teaspoon | Worchestershire sauce |
| ½ teaspoon | Red pepper |
| 3 | Clove garlic; crushed, ( I use half the amount.) |
Combine all ingredients except cheese in food processor and puree. Add cheese by handfuls until all is combined. I try to make this as smooth as possible.
