Garlic herb mashed potatoes

6 mediums Potatoes; peeled; cubed (about 2-1/2 pounds)
1½ cup Milk
¼ cup Butter or margarine
1 \N Envelope LIPTON Recipe
\N \N Secrets Savory Herb with
\N \N Garlic Recipe Soup Mix

Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.

Drain.

Combine milk and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat just until milk is hot and butter is melted, stirring well. Add to potatoes and beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Serve immediately.
