Garlic chicken with broccoli and mushrooms

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can Low-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can Low-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 pounds Broccoli; steamed and drained
½ cup White cooking wine
1 small Can mushrooms; (drained)
1 \N Entire garlic bulb
1 small Onion; cleaned and sliced
½ cup Water
1 pounds Bag pot pie noodles; cooked and drained

Notes: By Anita A. Dunn, Tamaqua. The Times News, PA Rinse the chicken breasts and cut into 1" pieces. Clean garlic then cut cloves into slivers. Place 6 qt. pot over medium heat and add margarine.

Add chicken, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Saute over low heat for 10 minutes being careful not to let ingredients burn. Add wine and cook 5 minutes. Add soups and water. Mix and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, adding the broccoli 5 minutes before serving. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles. Delicious with Italian bread!
