3 tablespoons Parmesan, fresh/grated
¾ teaspoon Sweet basil
¾ teaspoon Garlic powder
¾ teaspoon Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
2 teaspoons Yeast, active dry

The aroma of this bread is "to die for" - and it butters up to make the easiest garlic toast around! Grate your own fresh parmesan cheese. Pre-ground cheeses often have salt in them.

½ t finely-chopped or pressed garlic may be substituted for paste.
