Garden vegetable quiche

1 cup Sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons Flour
1 small Tomato; diced
3 \N Eggs
½ cup Milk
1½ teaspoon Seasoning salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
\N \N Paprika; (dash)
9 \N Inch pie shell
