| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 pack | (8-oz) cream cheese; softened |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1½ tablespoon | Mayonnaise |
| ⅔ cup | Grated carrots |
| ¼ cup | Minced green pepper |
| ¼ cup | Minced onion |
| ¼ cup | Chopped cucumber |
| ¼ cup | Chopped celery |
| Bread |
Combine cream cheese, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Beat until fluffy.
Fold vegetables into cheese mixture and chill for several hours or overnight. Spread on bread. Yield: 2 cups filling.
