| 2 tablespoons | Sesame seeds lightly toasted |
| 1 | Clove garlic; pressed |
| 2 | Green onions finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | Sesame tahini; (mixed with water) |
| 1 teaspoon | EDEN Ume Plum Vinegar |
Mix beans, carrot, cilantro, sesame seeds, garlic and green onions.
Mix vinegar with tahini mixture and pour over salad. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce.
