Measure Ingredient
10 \N Green cardamoms, pods cracked, seeded OR
6 \N Black cardamoms, pods cracked, seeded
1 tablespoon Black peppercorns
2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
½ teaspoon Coriander seeds
2 smalls Dried red chilies, seeded

Using a blender, process all ingredients until finely ground. Store in an airtight jar up to 3 months.
