¾ cup | Water; hot; to 1 cup |
1 teaspoon | Red chili pepper; crushed |
2 tablespoons | Molasses, dark |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
2 larges | Garlic cloves; minced |
½ teaspoon | Lemon juice; freshly squeezd |
Combine peanut butter and hot water in small saucepan. Stir in chili pepper, molasses, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice; simmer 10 minutes. This is excellent as a dip or can be served over vegetables.
