Gado gado sauce

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Peanut butter
¾ cup Water; hot; to 1 cup
1 teaspoon Red chili pepper; crushed
2 tablespoons Molasses, dark
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 larges Garlic cloves; minced
½ teaspoon Lemon juice; freshly squeezd

Combine peanut butter and hot water in small saucepan. Stir in chili pepper, molasses, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice; simmer 10 minutes. This is excellent as a dip or can be served over vegetables.
