|3 cups||Prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Fruit Punch Flavor Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix|
|1½ cup||Frozen vanilla yogurt; softened|
|1 cup||Sliced strawberries|
|1||Ripe banana; cut into chunks.|
Place prepared drink mix, frozen yogurt and fruit in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve at once.
NOTE- this recipe is very versatile!! Vary the flavor of the drink mix, of the fruit, and/or of the frozen yogurt. Toss in some BRAN to add fiber and more nutrients!
