Serve as a tasty addition to Christmas dinner.

Preheat ovent to Gas Mark 5/375F/190C Cut bacon rashers in half across, making 24 bacon strips in all.

Trim stalks off figs. Wrap each prune fig and dried apricot in a bacon strip.

Thread a bacon-wrapped prune, fig, dried apricot onto 8 skewers. Roast for 10-14 minutes until bacon cooked.
