Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Nonfat plain yogurt
4 \N Strawberries
2 \N Bananas; peeled
¼ cup Apple; orange, pineapple
\N \N ; or papaya juice

In a blender, put yogurt, strawberries, bananas and fruit juice.

Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
