Fruit salad (cold pack)

Measure Ingredient

Any desired combination of fruits may be used. Wash, peel if necessary and cut each fruit into desired size. Pack into clean jars. Fill to within 1½ inches of top of jar with medium syrup.

Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process length of time necessary for fruit requiring longest processing.
