With electric mixer beat together cream cheese and whipping cream, on high, until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low and add sugar, lemon juice, orange and lemon zest. In each of 4 wine glasses, layer cream cheese mixture, fruit, cream cheese mixture and fruit. Repeat with other 3 glasses. Chill in freezer. Top each with whipped cream, chopped nuts and mint leaves to serve.
