Fruit nut bread

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup Sifted flour
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Coarse chopped pecans
2 \N Eggs, beaten
¼ cup Butter, melted
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup Diced, candied, mixed fruit
1 cup Dairy eggnog

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Add pecans and fruit. Mix until well blended. Combine eggs, eggnog and butter, add to dry ingredients, mixing until ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. until done. Cool about 1 hour before removing from pan.
