| 2 | Eggs |

| 1 teaspoon | Baking Soda |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 1 can | (28 Oz) Fruit Cocktail; drained |
| 1 teaspoon | Almond Extract |
| ½ cup | Brown Sugar |
| ½ cup | Chopped Pecans |
| Whipped Cream |
Combine eggs and sugar well. Add flour, soda, and salt and mix well. Then add fruit coctail and almond flavoring. Mix by hand with spoon. Spread in greased pan, 11 x 7" or 9 x 9". On top sprinkle brown sugar and pecans.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 250°. Serve either hot or cold with whipped cream.
