Fruit cake - no bake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Evaporated milk
2 cups Miniature marshmallows
6 tablespoons Frozen orange juice
\N \N Concentrate
¾ cup Raisins
¾ cup Dates
1 cup Nuts
1 cup Candied mixed fruit
¼ cup Candied red cherries
4 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Heat milk, marshmallows, and orange concentrate slowly. Stir until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat and combine fruit and nuts. I substitute more dates, raisins, nuts and cherries for ½ of mixed fruit.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and nutmeg with other ingredients.

Press into 9x5x3 or 9x9 inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Wrap tightly in Saran Wrap and chill for 2 days. Will keep for months in refrigerator.
