Frozen strawberry cream

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 carton (24-oz) sour cream
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
1 cup Sugar (up to 1/3 cup more if strawberries are not sweet)
½ cup Drambuie
1 quart Fresh strawberries; cleaned and hulled
\N \N Extra strawberries for garnish

Mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth.

(May have to mix in 2 batches.) Pour into stemmed parfait or wine glasses.

Freeze about 4 hours. (Freezing longer makes dessert too hard.) Let thaw about 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired. Yield: 9 to 10 servings.
