| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 1½ cup | Pineapple; canned, cut into small pieces |
| 1 can | (large) apricots; chopped |
| 1 large | Bottle Maraschino cherrie; chopped |
| 1 cup | Sugar |
| 2 packs | (8 oz) cream cheese; softened |
| ½ cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 pint | Whipping cream |
| 1 cup | Walnuts/pecans; black walnuts are great, too. |
Drain fruits thoroughly. Mix sugar with fruit and let stand 1 hr. Whip cream cheese. Add mayonnaise and beat. Stir this mixture into fruit. Add walnuts/pecans . Freeze.
