frozen peach sunset

2 Servings
1½ cup Ice
¾ cup Peach nectar
Whole peach; pitted and sliced, unpeeled
1 tablespoon Bottled sweetened lime juice
2 tablespoons Nonalcoholic grenadine syrup
  Opt garnish: fresh mint sprigs, lime wedges or peach slice

Combine ice, peach nectar, peach slices and sweetened lime juice in blender. Blend until smooth.

Presentation: Pour 1 tablespoon grenadine syrup into bottom of each of two 12-ounce glasses. Pour frozen peach mixture on top of grenadine. Syrup should partially mix, sending brilliant red streaks up to top of glass.

Garnish with sprig of fresh mint, wedge of lime or peach slice. Makes 2 12-ounce servings.
