Frozen melon margaritas

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ cup Honeydew melon balls
¾ cup Tequila; white
⅓ cup Fresh lime juice
¼ cup Sugar; or to taste

Remove and discard rind and seeds from melon and cut enough fruit into ½ inch cubes to measure 3½ cups. Freeze melon cubes in a sealable plastic bag at least 3 hours and up to a week.

Puree frozen melon cubes in a blender with remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour drink into 4 stemmed glasses.
