Frozen fruit cubes

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Fruit (i.e.; watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, bananas etc.)

Cut fruit into cubes or bite-size pieces, removing any skin or rind, and seeds if necessary. Spread fruit in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in the freezer. Once frozen, store in plastic bags and use as necessary.
