2 packs | Oriental ramen noodle |
1 can | Sliced water chestnuts |
1 cup | Sunflower seeds |
1 cup | Sliced almonds |
1 pack | Coleslaw mix or you can cut up your own |
½ cup | Oil |
½ cup | Vinegar |
¼ cup | Sugar |
Mix together sugar and vinegar, heat in microwave to disolve sugar.
After this add spice packets out of the two packages of ramen noodles to sugar mixture. Combine rest of ingredients. You do not cook the ramen noodles you just crunch them up in the salad and the moisture from the oil and vinegar softens them.
