Measure | Ingredient |

2 \N | Jars (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, chopped; reserve marinade |
3 \N | Green onions, chopped |
1 large | Garlic clove, mashed |
4 \N | Eggs, beaten |
6 \N | Soda crackers, crushed |
½ pounds | Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 tablespoons | Parsley, chopped |
\N \N | Salt & pepper to taste |
Saute onion and garlic in reserved marinade until limp. Beat eggs and add crackers, cheese, parsley, chopped artichokes, onion/garlic mixture, and salt and pepper.
Put all into a buttered 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes, until set (test with a toothpick).
