By CATHY THOMAS The Orange County Register Add one-half teaspoon chipotle puree to three-fourths cup of your favorite Caesar dressing. Toss with romaine, using only enough to lightly coat the leaves. Garnish with toasted sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
