Frijoles a la charra

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Slices bacon
3 \N Jalapeno chiles, stems and seeds removed, diced
1 \N Small onion, diced
1 quart Cooked pinto beans,and juice
1 \N Large tomato, chopped
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
\N \N Fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

Saute the bacon, jalapenos and the onion ntil well browned. Add the beans, tomato and spices; bring to a boil, add cilantro, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
