Fried tortilla strips

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Vegetable oil
6 \N 8-inch corn tortillas, cut
\N \N Into julienne strips
½ teaspoon Southwest Seasoning, or to
\N \N Taste

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. When hot, add tortilla strips and fry until crisp and golden, about 1 minute.

Remove strips from oil with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels and sprinkle evenly with Southwest seasoning.
