Fried potato with ginger and mushroom sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Potatoes (cut into rounds) (up to 3)
\N \N Oil for deepfrying [1/2 inch]
1 teaspoon Cornstarch/flour
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic (chopped)
½ \N Sweet pepper (cut into strips)
2 \N Scallions (1 inch sections)
4 tablespoons Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Ground white pepper
\N \N Coriander

GARNISH

Deep fry potatoes until golden brown. Mix the flour and water. Fry the garlic and add the rest in turn. Finally thicken with the cornstarch/water mixture. Pour over the potatoes and garnish with coriander.
