Fried mozzarella

Cut ¾ pound Mozzarella into 3-inch squares, 1 inch thick. Roll the squares in flour, dip them in beaten egg, in bread crumbs, again into egg and once more in bread crumbs. Fry the squares in hot deep fat (375) for about 2 minutes, or until the crumbs turn golden. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato sauce.
