Fried corn with sour cream sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Fresh corn
4 tablespoons Butter
⅓ cup Red and green bell peppers; chopped
1 teaspoon Onions; chopped
4 teaspoons Flour
1 cup Sour cream
¾ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Fry corn in 2 tablespoons butter; set aside. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, then add peppers and onion. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until tender. Add flour and mix well. Add sour cream and continue to cook stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper and serve with corn.
