| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 cups | Flour |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ cup | Dry milk |
| 2 tablespoons | Lard |
| 1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ¾ cup | Water |
Mix dry ingredients together, cut in lard and then add water to and make a smooth dough. Divide into balls and roll out into 5" diameter balls. Fry in hot grease until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
