Fresh tomato sauce

Measure Ingredient
10 cups Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon White pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Fresh basil

Tomatoes: Peeled, cored, seeded, and chopped, very ripe. Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for 20 minutes. Pour into sterilized containers and freeze. Makes: 6 pint jars.
