Fresh tomato salsa (salsa de jitomate cruda)

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Tomatoes, diced
1 medium White onion, diced
8 \N Green onions, finely chopped
12 \N Sprigs cilantro, finely chopped
\N \N 3 to 6 chilies serranos OR 2 jalapenos, minced
\N \N Salt to taste
⅓ cup Grapefruit or lime juice
1 medium Avocado, diced
1 teaspoon Oregano, crumbled
½ cup Cilantro, chopped

Combine all ingredients. If prepared ahead of time, combine all the ingredients except the avocado, which should be added just before serving.
